The Uptop Shop In Store Return Policy

Items purchased IN STORE can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase date (excluding SALE items). 

After 7 days an in exchange or store credit will be issued up to 14 days. This policy is strictly inforced. 

All items must be returned in original condition, with all original tags attached and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Long underwear and face masks are final sale. Uptopshop.ca will not accept returns on used apparel or accessories.

No refunds or exchanges on items without a receipt/tags or a worn product. Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment originally used (unless debit was used).

SALE ITEMS :

Any discounted products not eligible for return.

 

The Uptop Shop Online Return Policy

We know that buying something online without getting to try it on or see it in person can be a tricky venture. Because of this we have extended our 7 day return policy to 14 days on all regular priced merchandise. 

ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED ON SALE ONLINE IS FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (and it is NOT ON SALE)  the product(s) are new, unused with the tags and labels attached, in the original packaging, you may return the product(s) for a full refund. All returns MUST be pre-authorized by The Uptop Shop. Please call or e-mail us with the details of your return. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please write that Return Authorization number on the outside of the package so it is clear and legible. Please make note of the following

  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.
  • We cannot refund shipping costs.
  • Merchandise MUST be returned in the original condition and packaging with all accessories and tags MUST be attached. If the packaging is defaced charges will apply.
  • The RA number should be clearly marked on the outside of any return shipment packaging.
  • Once our team has inspected the return, the necessary credit or refund will be issued.
  • Alternatively, you are welcome to return product in store to avoid shipping cost 

**Please note that we cannot perform price adjustments for items included in the following sale events:

  • Black Friday
  • Cyber Monday
  • Boxing Week
  • And other special and/or limited-time savings events, such as Flash Sales

Damaged Merchandise

The Uptop Shop strives to pack every order with the upmost care but sometimes packages get damaged during transit. If an order arrives damaged please take pictures of the damage and notify Uptopshop.ca within 24 hours of delivery. The product and all packaging material must be retained until the matter is resolved with the appropriate carrier.
